VACANCY: STOCK CONTROLLER

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Stock Controller to join our organization.

Qualifications & Competencies:
- Diploma in Procurement & Supply Management or any related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position
-Sound knowledge of stock control,inventory management and record keeping
-Ability to handle stock receiving,issuing and stock counts accurately
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and negotiation skills

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and supervising employees of all activities of the stores department
- Inventory Control, analysis, & forecasting, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times
- Liaising with production department, ensuring timely supply of materials needed
-Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels
-Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods
-Issue stock in accordance with company procedures
-Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
-Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards in the store

AVAILABLE POSITIONS & REQUIREMENTS

1. Quality Officer

Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in a similar role will be an added advantage

2. Mechanical Engineer

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Ability to diagnose and trouble shoot mechanical faults
Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage
Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines

3. Finishing Supervisor

Certificate in any Business-related course
Computer literacy(excel/word) and good communication skills
Proven leadership and supervisory qualities
Ability to manage teams, meet production targets, and maintain quality standards
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an added advantage

Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
