Samsung A03 Core arrived with previous water damage, resulting in severe corrosion around the charging port.

Before — Photos 1 & 2: You can clearly see the corrosion caused by moisture, including damaged and missing charging port pads.

After: We replaced the damaged port with a new charging port and carefully reconstructed all necessary pads.

This is just one of the many types of charging port repairs we perform. The A03 Core is one of the simpler and quicker charging port repairs we handle, but we also work with USB Type-C charging ports on Samsung Galaxy series devices.

What goes on behind the scenes at the repair shop 🛠️.
A customer brought us a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra with severe signal issues. It looked like a simple antenna problem, but once we opened it, we found the real story. The phone had been poorly refurbished. Inside, there was uncleaned water damage and broken logic board connectors. The owner had no idea. We see a lot of devices with hidden histories like liquid damage or bent boards from bad drops. ⚠️ Swollen Phone Battery – Important Safety Tip⚠️

We’ve had customers ask if it’s safe to keep using a phone when the battery is swollen. Our advice: stop using the phone immediately.

A swollen battery can leak chemicals or even catch fire. Phone batteries are lithium batteries once they ignite they can be very difficult to put out.

🔎 Warning signs your battery may be damaged or swollen:
• Screen lifting from the phone
• Back cover opening or bulging
• Battery draining very fast
• Phone charging unusually fast
• Phone getting very hot while charging
• Phone shutting off even when it still shows battery
• Phone only working when connected to the charger

🚫 Do NOT:
• Continue using or charging the phone
• Press the screen back down if it’s lifting
• Puncture the battery to “let the air out”
• Leave the phone inside a hot car

Puncturing a battery can cause chemical burns or fire.

🌡️ Why does this happen?
• Low-quality or damaged chargers
• Excessive heat
• Heavy fast-charging use
• Battery wear over time

✅ What you should do:
Take the phone to a trusted repair technician so the battery can be removed and replaced safely. A quick inspection can prevent bigger problems.

• Use good quality chargers
• Avoid overheating the phone
• If the phone gets very hot while charging, unplug it

🚨 Important Security Alert for All Our Clients 🚨

We’ve recently noticed a rise in hacking attempts targeting WhatsApp and Facebook accounts especially through a method involving your WhatsApp verification code (OTP). Please take a moment to read this and protect yourself.

What You Need to Know:
Hackers are sending fake messages asking for the WhatsApp verification code (a 6-digit code sent via SMS). If you didn’t request this code yourself, do not share it with anyone no matter what they say.
Once they get that code, they can take full control of your WhatsApp account and use it to message your contacts often pretending to be you and asking for money.

✅ How to Protect Your Account:
Enable two-step verification (OTP) on WhatsApp and all other important accounts. Link a recovery phone number and email where possible.
Never share any verification codes, even if the message comes from someone you trust. Hackers often use hijacked accounts to gain access to others.
We’re sharing this information to help our clients and community be more cautious about who they share their personal information with. These scams are becoming more common, and we’ve even received fake messages through our own business number.
