FYI we are working to get Shopify back up so we can process remaining refunds and open orders

Our email was down and is now back up. We will advise as soon as Shopify is back up and the refunds get sorted accordingly.

Our apologies for the delays. We do have printed copies of most open orders and are trying to work from those but with Shopify down that is making things difficult

As of July 20th, we have been able to reach out to approximately half of clients with outstanding orders. We expect to reach out to the remainder this week.

For those of you who have advised you would still like your orders shipped, you should be receiving confirmation of shipment by Wednesday.

For those of you indicating you would prefer to cancel, you should receive confirmation by then as well.

We expect to have communicated with everyone by the end of the week. If you have *not* heard from us by Friday, please reach out in email - [email protected] so we can double check your order

Once these orders are completed, watch for further updates on our plans to clear existing inventory.

Thank you for your patience over the last many months as we have been transitioning and working through backlogs.

June 19 Update

Priority 1 over the rest of this week - processing adjustments / changes / refunds to orders we are unable to fulfill or are missing items. We will email each of you individually. Do not post here for an update, please email us, or reach out on messenger. All refunds through shopify or adjustments can now be worked on.

Priority 2 - completing shipping after processing refunds.

Further update to our most recent delays.

This morning, at 635am CST my father passed on after a 7+ month battle with cancer.

I am in process of returning to MB to assist my family over the next few days.

Once I am settled in MB, I will be reaching out individually to each open order to discuss shopping options, changes, etc.

I will be outlining the various options that will be available and a timeline for completeion.

Over the next few days we will be temporarily turning off the ability for new orders to be placed. That will simply be on the front end so customers aren't placing orders while I am temporarily away.

Once I return, the remainder of shipments and pickups will be addressed as dicussed above, and then we will be sharing our plan moving forward. We will be streamlining our product lines and focusing on our core products (Singles, Supplies, etc) and working to be more active in communication both online, via video, product marketing, etc. We are still hoping to find a space in Airdrie, but that is proving challenging with low vacancy rates.

Thank you for understanding. It has been a difficult few months. I appreciate those who have reached out with thoughts and prayers, as well as encouragement.

I may not see them or comments here as I won't be engaged on facebook during the travel day and meetings with family on Thursday/Friday.

A follow up to our post from last week.

Our delays the last while in shipping have stemmed from serious family issues.

On short notice, I had to fly to Winnipeg to assist my mother in placing my father into palliative care. He is suffering from both Prostate and Liver cancer.

I will be back in Calgary on Sunday evening, and begin shipping outstanding orders on monday.

As we are currently a one person operation, this has impacted our day to day. I do expect to be able to ship a good amount of orders as soon as I return.

My sincerest apologies to those of you who have been incredibly patient. We will make sure to make it up to you once your orders have shipped.

Hello friends!

We are back online!

Please read the below for updates.

1) Our store currently is online only. We are in the process of looking for a new space in Airdrie. Until the time we can secure a proper retail location, we are operating online only, and will ship / fulfill orders accordingly.

2) We are still working through a large backlog. We expect to ship a good portion between now and Sunday. We have started to send confirmations of shipments out. Please bear with us as we are processing a large amount of emails and singles orders. We expect to process most outstanding single orders between now and Sunday March 9th.

3) If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will reach out to you sometime between now and March 9th.

4) Once we have finished processing the bulk of the backorders we will be adding a significant amount of MTG singles.

5) Games Workshop - we will be adding a significant amount of in stock product that is not currently listed.

6) We will be posting promos based on product in stock to help assist us in the search for a new location.

We sincerely appreciate all of you who have continued to support us over the last few years. We apologize for when we have been slow to respond, or have had shipping issues.

Please bear with us over the next 7-10 days while we finish processing our backlogs and clear out any outstanding issues.

Apologies on our issues as of late.

1) we have moved from our retail space to a remote location. We are working to fulfill online orders as quickly as we can. (We reduced our backlog from 70+ orders to a much smaller number)

2) we are now a staff of one. We are trying to fulfill orders as quickly as we can. We are working hard to fulfill singles orders as quickly as we can.

We are hoping to clear another good amount of orders through this weekend.

We’ve made a significant dent in our order backlog today!

We still have a bunch to work through Friday and over the weekend (and likely into Monday) . Thanks for being patient!

Many of you with singles and other orders should have received confirmations your orders were completed.

We will keep working tirelessly to catch up to our backlog through the next few days and reach out to anyone else with orders that we may have issues with.

Update on Order processing!

We have been prepping and prioritizing shipped orders this week. Many of you waiting should receive confirmations your orders have shipped sometime late tomorrow or Thursday.

Pickup orders - we will be prepping as many of those as possible tomorrow - you will be emailed specifically once prepped with an alternate pickup location (temporary) with instructions to make arrangements

Outstanding Grading orders - we will have an update on those shortly after these are completed and will contact each of you individually.

We expect all outstanding online orders to be addressed by Friday, and any orders with issues will still be contacted seperately to determine if we are back ordering or cancelling.

We appreciate your patience with our delays.

Please reach out with any questions via email - we will be getting through our email backlog by Friday as well.
