In today's world 🌎 social media is a must, so pictures and videos are an everyday occurrence.

Over the weekend I spent some time in my shop gathering fabrics, taking photos 📸 and videos 📹 so that I can keep bringing you that daily eye candy even when Im away on vacation. 😉😊

When you love what you do, it's not really work. 🥰

Welcome back to Wendy's Wednesdays for October 14, 2026. I hope that you are all well and having a fabulous week.

Today I am chatting with you about the importance of the information on our selvedges, and on the labels of our pre-cuts.

We often discard these things without a second thought, and they contain some great information that will help us either find this fabric at a later date, or match the colors etc etc.

I hope that you find these little bits of information helpful.
