So for the past three days I have woken up at 7:20am (hating it!) then going to the gym from 8:00am- 9:30am.
Lots of work let me tell you.
I had to drag myself out of bed but I still did It. I’ve learnt over the course of three days that
A) body hurts
B ) energized
C) Setting different goals each day is better.
Three things I’ve learnt in three days about myself and I’m really pushing myself.
I know people hate going to the gym but it really helps your health. I wanted to change people to step out of their comfort level and really try, really push, try to be the best you can and be proud of it. Life is full of crazy adventures but mine has just begun. .
