Hello! We would like to officially introduce Thrift-X as the number one place for StFX Students to buy, sell, and trade their used items for cash!

The benefits of using Thrift-X:
1) You don't need to be constantly answering Facebook messages or setting up meeting times and locations to sell your items because we do it for you! Not only do we offer promotional services, but we also offer a safe an communal location where goods can be dropped off avoiding having to meet people in their homes or have them come to yours when using services such as Buy&Sell Facebook groups!

2)You will be making a difference! With our unique business model you can have both an environmental, and social impact as we avoid the disposal of textiles and other items such as electronics. One person's trash can be other person's treasure! We also provide a StFX student with employment and a small wage giving them the opportunity to gain some financial stability.

3)You will be supporting the StFX Enactus society which helps run other initiatives on campus such as the student food resource centre, as well as other programs in the community with the schools in the area!

We are also launching our End of the Year Closet Clean Out! This will run from Today until the end of the year! Normally we are only open on Friday afternoons but in hopes that the ned of the year will bring a surplus of donations and people looking to sell their used items before heading home we've decided to stay open throughout the week! Remember we don't only sell clothes, we take anything that your looking to sell; Electronics, school supplies, textbooks, kitchen supplies, shoes. etc!

Good Afternoon,

Enactus STFX is looking for students who want to practice their presenting skills! We are competing in our provincial competition March 16th-18th. It's a great opportunity and addition to your resume. We compete in four different competitions and each competition is 5 minutes long with a 2 minute question and answer. Scripts will be provided - X DENN is one of the projects being presented. If you are interested please email Hannah at [email protected].
