Looks like we are just starting to see camps and team skates open up so here are your commonly asked questions!

Are you open? Yes! I do prefer if people can shoot me a text first. (I do have a full-time job, tiny humans etc so my availability isn’t always immediate)

Are the drop off bins out? Always, yes.

Do you do profiling? I do not have a profile machine. So if you have a standard profile you’re using. Go to hockey life or play it again and they can have the profile done. It’s recommended to have it done twice a season if you’re regularly sharpening. They are about $40.

Has the price changed? No, it’s $10.

Can I make an appointment? Absolutely, text me 873-376-2267.

Can you do goalie skates? Yes

Can you do figure skates? Yes, that said, high level competition blades are not my speciality. If it’s rec or lower level I’m happy to do it.

Can you order blades? Yes! 2-3 days for delivery. I do not keep many in stock.

How do I pay? Cash is great! Or etransfer to [email protected]

Do you have a skate card? Yes $80 for 10 sharpens.

What does radius/hallow mean? It’s the depth of cut into the blade. 1/2 is my standard go to. More and more people are moving to 5/8 for a faster glide but giving up a bit of that “bite”. If you ask this question in person, I will talk your ear off for 20 minutes so, you’ve been warned.

Can I bring a few pairs? Absolutely, just be prepared to leave them for a bit while I get through them!
