True North Aid provides practical humanitarian support to northern and remote Indigenous communities across Canada.

Their mission is built around 8 foundational Stones of Support:

🪨 Self-Determination- empowering Indigenous communities and supporting their ability to shape their own futures.

🪨 Reconciliation- building understanding, stronger relationships and a path forward between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples.

🪨 Water- supporting access to safe, essential water resources.

🪨 Food- helping address food insecurity in northern and remote communities.

🪨 Health- supporting health, wellness and access to essential resources.

🪨 Housing- helping address housing needs and improve living conditions.

🪨 Culture- supporting Indigenous culture, traditions and community-led initiatives.

🪨 Education- providing educational opportunities, literacy support and essential school supplies.

Every quarter can help make an impact. 💙
