The fire rating is currently “low”, which means fire burning and fireworks are allowed this Victoria long-weekend!!🙌🏼🎉

We have you covered if you need wood, sparklers, and/or fireworks! We also have all you need to cook a tasty treat over the fire!!🔥😋

Fireworks are permitted during the Victoria Day long weekend (Saturday, Sunday, and holiday Monday) specifically between dusk and 11:00 p.m., provided no fire ban continues to be in effect.

Fireworks are not allowed:
🚫Set off in clear areas away from buildings, trees, and dry vegetation. (Within 8 metres of a building, structure, vehicle, tent, trailer, etc.)
🚫During a Fire Ban or HIGH/EXTREME fire rating.
🚫When winds exceed 40 km/h.
🚫Within 300 m of fuel or explosives
🚫Flying lanterns are not permitted
🚫 Fireworks are not permitted on Township property

⭐️Must be 18+ to discharge⭐️

Always ensure to have a bucket of water or hose nearby!! 💦

We are very sad to hear about the passing of Catherine O’Hara, a true Canadian icon!
We were very lucky to have her presence grace our little store many times. She was always so friendly and kind. Catherine always made sure to check out our movie section! 😊
