This piece was chosen by: ME! Hey Lakesiders, here's a new staff pick about one of our more surprising treasures. Lauren here to deliver an information bomb about a unique blue mineral, B.C. Ocean Picture Stone. Only found out of one deposit in total! It's here in Canada, in British Columbia, pretty cool we have such an awesome composition of minerals in our country. Ocean Picture Stone, like the name, is meant to resemble an ocean scenery, with light seafoams and deep blues, this chalcedony/jasper hybrid brings a whole new look to any mantle. Oceanic and rustic!
