From your very first prenatal class to sensory play with your baby or chasing your toddler through story time, Serenity is your community hub for it all this Fall!

This is where confidence gets built.

If you want the deep dive, this is it. Preparing for Birth is our signature full-day prenatal class designed to be interactive & hands-on with your support person, taught in a small group and covers everything you need to know.

Together you'll work through the stages of labour, comfort and pain-management techniques, how to build a flexible birth plan, partner coaching so they feel just as prepared as you do, newborn basics, breastfeeding fundamentals, and what to expect once baby arrives.

These classes are not a video to watch alone on your couch, but real practice, real connection, with a room of other expecting parents at the same stage as you.

Offered on 1-day Saturdays, weekend mornings, or weeknights to best fit your schedule. Registration is open now on our website or DM us to get started.

From bump to beyond, we've got you covered this month and we're SO excited to welcome Lactation Support Drop-In as a brand new weekly offering every Tuesday! 🌿 Whether you're troubleshooting a latch, need a boost of confidence, or just want to sit with other mamas who get it, come connect with other new Mama's and receive support from Mona, an RN and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).

Here's what's on the calendar:
◾ Lactation Support Drop-In — every Tuesday, NEW!
◾ Toddler Explore (12-36m)
◾ Baby Sensory Play (6-12m)
◾ 4th Trimester Group (our next series starts Sept 11)

🎉 IT'S HERE — Lactation Support Drop-In launches Tuesday, August 4th! 🎉

We are SO excited to introduce something brand new to Serenity 👏

Starting this Tuesday August 4th, we're opening our studio doors every Tuesday from 11:00am – 2:00pm for our new Lactation Support Drop-In, led by the incredible Mona of .ca Mona is an RN and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR TIME WITH US
◾ Drop in anytime between 11am–2pm (booking required so as not to exceed capacity)
◾ Connect with other Mamas & babes in our complimentary lactation lunge area — grab a seat, feed your baby, and chat with other Moms navigating the same season
◾ 1-1 personalized support with Mona — for any breastfeeding education, questions, or challenges — just $40 per session

We wanted to create something accessible and affordable, a space where you don't need a referral, a long wait, or a scheduled appointment to get support when you need it.

To keep things intimate and make sure every Mama gets the time and space she deserves, we'll have drop-in registration to manage studio capacity 🔗 link in bio to grab your spot!

This is one more way we're evolving to meet new Moms exactly where they are with community, education, and support, always.
