❗️𝗡𝗘𝗪❗️Thai Coconut Chicken Curry with Red and Black Rice

We infuse a silky coconut cream with Thai red and green curry pastes, lemongrass, galangal, lime leaf, coriander and chilies. This gives a truly exotic flavour with a bit of heat. This we add; sautéed green and yellow zucchini, Japanese eggplant, sweet peppers, onions, and tender chicken breast pieces. Paired with our Thai red, black and Jasmine rice (provides a lovely nutty note).

Simply heat the pouches in a pot of hot water, and your delicious dinner is ready in less than 20 minutes.

GRILLED KOREAN BEEF SHORT RIBS.
𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢, 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢, 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 ‘𝙚𝙢!

Marinated in a Korean style ‘Bulgogi’ marinade, rich with garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and Gochujang. We combine the short rib in the pouch with a trio of mushrooms, then slow-cook them sous vide. The result… melt in your mouth and oh so tasty! We pair this with our Roasted Garlic Smashed Potatoes and Roasted Vegetables. 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗 𝗕𝗟𝗢𝗪𝗜𝗡𝗚!
