People ask me why I do it...it is mostly a hobby for me. Certainly, no money in it. I retired to Barry's Bay, Ont. in 2015 and created flower gardens around my home. I didn't have enough work in the summer :), so, I decided to start my pickling company back up-. When I lived in Halifx, N.S., I had Deborah's Delights and worked the Halifax and Dartmouth Farmer's Markets. Now, I work the Barry's Bay

and Killaloe Markets. I have a dedicated room in my home as people were dropping by quite a bit during the winter months to get another jar of "Bay Balm" or pickles.

It's so nice to be back in Madawaska Valley! I'm open any time now...it was nice to see a number of people this weekend. They always come over when they are in Barry's Bay to stock up. Thank you all!
