Trying all kinds of different engraving techniques on material that could not be engraved with my old equipment.
The laser did a bang up job on this acrylic plaque mount. It opens the door to different styles of awards that will be unique to the recipient.

The issue with my laser engraver will be solved soon - the company is replacing the entire unit. I can still engrave medals and aluminum plates in the meantime on my older system. But things like tumblers or glass products or jewelry will have to wait until the new machine arrives late this week or early next week.

My new batch of dog tags have arrived.
I mentioned a price increase to $10 instead of $5.
But I was able to secure a decent cost price from my supplier. So they will only be increasing to $8 each. That includes custom engraving on both sides and the slip ring.

Let's talk medals for a minute.

I have in stock hundreds of medals. I can order what I don't have in just about any style, size and color. I can get them with sports themes molded into the face. Or with a blank face where I can add a logo of your choice. The logo can be for a sponsor, an event, an achievement or anything else imaginable. You can provide me with your logo design. And I will have them printed. Sometimes I can even design your logo for you.
I can custom engrave the back of every medal - sometimes on the front if so desired. Every medal comes complete with a lanyard (ribbon) of your chosen color.
The turnaround time is usually very fast. As an example, 225 medals were delivered to me yesterday morning. I just finished packing them for the client tonight. That included having logos printed and engraving the back of each one. I always like to have at least a couple of weeks' notice. But I like to test myself once and awhile and complete things in a rush, just to prove I can do it. And I can.
Prices range from $4.00 per medal up to about $7.00 depending on size, design and quantity. Of course, very large quantities will qualify for discount pricing. These are tax in/complete prices. I never quote you a price and then all of a sudden say "Oh yeah, engraving is extra." No, it's not. All inclusive. All the time.
