Are you fighting imaginary monsters in your brain? I think that’s such an accurate way to describe anxiety. It’s so important to talk about mental health. Maybe if it had been talked about more, it wouldn’t have taken me 33 years to figure out that those “monsters“ in my brain are called anxiety.
I am guilty of not talking about it too. Let’s do better, and support each other! 💜
