Another decking job in the books. A little smaller this time but in definite need of repair. This time we replaced both set of stairs and a new deck top with hidden fasteners, so you won't see these ones pop up any time. Complete with a new privacy fence at the end of the deck to help with the neighbors. Metal gazebo coming soon, along with BBQ and lots of partying.

From old to new this deck had some issues with the foundation, a little low in the middle and some old rotted boards. We got everything upgraded to level it out and replaced that worn out top, as well as a new privacy fence at the end of the deck. Added the new flower boxes to set it off.
