The young ginkgo sways in the wind, its leaves catching the sunlight as though they already know the centuries ahead.

Ginkgo trees are patient. They take their time. This one is still new, still finding its place in the world, but with love, care, and a little faith in the seasons, it will one day stand taller than we can imagine.

Long after we are gone, it may still be here—offering shade, beauty, and quiet wonder to those who come after us.

A gentle reminder that some of life's most meaningful things are not built in a day. They are nurtured slowly, one season at a time.

As we set off on our Atlantic Canada adventure 🇨🇦, cell service may be a little scarce, but I'll do my best to share a glimpse of the journey each day. I'll be gathering beautiful moments, wild coastlines, sea-swept stories, and all the magic I can carry home.

So today, in honor of Newfoundland—Canada's Ireland—I send a little Celtic light and good energy your way. May the fairies dance softly along your path, may the wind carry away what no longer serves you, and may your heart be filled with wonder.
