ANOTHER MOVIE NIGHT @ BAY VIEW MALL!

We’re doing it again!

Join us for a FREE indoor movie night on Friday, September 18th!

Movie starts at 5:30 PM

That gives you just enough time to come to the mall, grab some snacks, drinks, maybe dinner, and even do a little shopping! A few of our stores will be staying open a little later just for you, so come early and take advantage of it!

Then grab your comfy blanket, pillow, lawn chair, sleeping bag—or whatever makes you happiest—and settle in for an evening of Super Mario fun!

🚨 FINDING MY DONNA 🚨

If you're a Suits fan, you already know what I'm looking for.

I'm searching for my Donna.

The person who can walk into a room, know what's falling apart, what's behind schedule, who's forgotten something, and have a plan before anyone else realizes there's a problem.

Working at Bay View Mall is never boring. On any given day, you could be handling payroll, scheduling staff, planning events, updating social media, helping tenants, answering customer questions, chasing paperwork, coordinating contractors, and solving whatever mystery the universe has decided to throw at us that day.

You'll also need to keep me in check.

If you've ever said things like:
👉 "Did you answer that email?"
👉 "Did you sign this?"
👉 "You forgot about this meeting."
👉 "No, Angela, you cannot start another project until you finish the other six."
..then we're off to a good start.

Bonus points if you can survive conversations about roof leaks, parking complaints, tenant drama, government paperwork, event planning, and social media content—all before your first coffee gets cold.

There will be downtime too. I need someone who doesn't stare at the clock waiting for 4:30. Someone who sees a project, an opportunity, a messy filing cabinet, a marketing idea, or a process that could be improved and just runs with it.

Most importantly, you must have a sense of humour.

If you can't laugh when the fire alarm goes off during a meeting, a tenant has a question at the exact moment your phone rings, and someone is standing at your desk saying, "Do you have a minute?" ... this probably isn't the job for you.

If organized chaos sounds exciting, if you're exceptionally organized, if you're not afraid to tell your boss she's forgotten something, and if you enjoy being the person who keeps everything (and everyone) moving in the right direction, we should talk.
