The Avon Guarantee, a cornerstone of our business since 1886, ensures that all our Customers are completely satisfied with each Avon purchase. It states:If for any reason whatsoever an Avon product is not found to be satisfactory, it
will be cheerfully exchanged or the full purchase price will be immediately refunded. For the Customer, all products must be returned, along with the Customer Invoice, to the Independent Sales Representative within two (2) months from the delivery date. Independent Sales Representatives have up to four (4) months from the billing date indicated on their invoice to request a refund. In most cases, credit will be issued immediately. However, once a refund has been requested, all returnable products* must be returned to Avon within 45 days or the account will be recharged. All returns must be done under reasonable circumstances. Any products received after the above-mentioned delays will not be refunded or returned by Avon. Our Guarantee is not meant to cover:
• Products that have been substantially used
• Containers broken or damaged through accidents
• Large-scale, excessive returns
• Pierced earrings, panties and tights, for hygienic reasons
• CDs, DVDs and videos unless they have a manufacturer’s defect
TOYS are fully tested for safety according to Canadian regulations. However, it is recommended that parents make the final decision as to the suitability of the toy for their child. Carefully examine products when they are delivered. Our primary concern is that Customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.
* After every refund request, a Detailed Product Return Form will be sent indicating the items that need to be returned.
