Saturday night. Perfect time for a project. 🔥

There’s something satisfying about taking an old club that most golfers wouldn’t look twice at and seeing how good you can make it again.

This old Wilson GM 990B isn’t particularly valuable.

And that’s kind of the point.

Not every project needs to be a Scotty Cameron or a $200 flip.

Sometimes you restore something because it’s interesting.

Because you want to practice.

Because bringing an old club back to life is just fun.

And if you can make a few dollars at the end of it?

Even better.

You have $50 and one goal:

Find a golf club you can improve and flip for a profit this weekend.

What are you hunting for?

For $50, I’m looking for the ugly listing. Bad pictures, dirty clubs, terrible description.

Can you see it? 👀

This is one of my favorite kinds of Marketplace listings.

Blurry photos.

Terrible angles.

No effort.

Most people scroll right past them.

I don’t.

Every once in a while, hidden in the middle of a bad listing, there’s a gem.

The seller doesn’t realize what they have.

Other buyers never even notice it.

That’s one of my favorite parts of flipping.

Not finding expensive clubs…

Finding value that everyone else overlooked.

Same putter.
One sells for 40$, the other will for 90$.
Only one thing changed…
The photos.

A good photo doesn’t make an item worth more.

It helps buyers see the value that’s already there.

Better lighting.
A clean background.
A straight angle.

That’s often the difference between getting ignored and getting messages within minutes.

Before you lower your price…

Ask yourself:

Do you have a pricing problem… or a photography problem? 📸

☀️ Saturday morning challenge.

Before you turn this golf bag into a mop holder…

Ask yourself one question.

How long would it actually take to sell?

Most people would think…

“It’s only worth about $20. It’s not worth the effort.”

But is it?

It would take about 10 minutes to vacuum it, wipe it down, snap a few photos, and post it.

That’s roughly $120 an hour.

We often ignore small opportunities because we only look at the selling price.

Instead, look at the hourly wage.

Not every flip needs to make you $200.

A few quick, easy flips can often earn more per hour than a big restoration project…or your current job.

Go find one forgotten item in your garage this morning.

You might be surprised by what it’s worth.

Sunday mornings are my favorite.

No rush.

Coffee in hand.

Marketplace open.

Somewhere, there’s a set of golf clubs sitting in a garage that someone forgot about.

To one person, they’re just taking up space.

That’s one of the things I love most about flipping.

It’s not about taking value.
