Moon + Ranch Activewear update….

My goodness life has been busy! Between skating, hockey, tryouts, lacrosse, a new job for me and now baseball, I have really put this little business on the back burner. God knows my love for activewear but I really haven’t been able to put my best effort into this lately.

Thanksgiving is my absolute favourite holiday. No gifts. Just good food with friends and family. Giving thanks for all that we have to be thankful for.

Life is crazy right now! Am I right?

Between back to school, all of the sports starting, routines settling in, oh and work. Life is bananas!!

This training block is back to basics for nutrition and focusing on protein. That’s it. I was given one thing. Focus on protein. So here’s my latest go to for on the run breakfasts. My fancy 🤣 eggs in a muffin tin and some ham.

I’m doing Heavy and Ham. Two weeks in and loving it so far.

Briarwood & Bay and Buckeye Surf have events happening this Saturday night, 7pm-11pm. I’m so excited to be part of the fun at Briarwood & Bay!

There’s no official Midnight Madness event in town this year, but we’ve decided to follow Buckeye Surf inspirational lead and keep the shop open late anyhow!

Join us this Saturday night from 7 - 11 PM for amazing deals, free popcorn & glow sticks, and a pop up shop!

Guys!!!! I’m telling you….The Butter Racerback is a staple. I’m so excited that you have all loved it just as much as me.

These are the current colours I have in. Sizing runs small so size up for sure. Size Small-3XL.

I am hoping to have another shipment with two more colours before my next pop up.

Somehow I always stray from the easiest and most necessary things. Today was a day that a walk was absolutely necessary.

Wow!! So much gratitude for such an amazing day yesterday. I am so thankful to Jayme for having such a beautiful location for me to pop up with my little biz. She is so welcoming. So inspiring. So supportive. The best cheerleader. And her energy is 🔥.

Thank you to all my pals who came in to see what was new. Just seeing your faces made my day.
