WIP Wednesday

Enjoying a little after work knitting time out on the back deck tonight. I’m currently working on this very cozy pair of DK weight socks using 1 strand of Drops Fabel held together with 1 strand of Drops Kid Silk.

These socks are unbelievably soft, cozy, and warm...perfect for those chilly summer nights sitting around the bonfire or relaxing at the campsite.

The pattern is the DK Weight Vanilla Socks designed by Kay Litton — available as a free download on Ravelry.

And for those of you who know me well, I bet you’re thinking… “Those aren’t your usual choice of colours!” And you’d be absolutely right.
These extra cozy socks are being knit as a gift for a sweet little lady who loves nothing more than warm, cozy bed socks.
