Store credits are also issued in Canadian dollar amounts. Item(s) will be paid full price upon purchase by the Buyer.



2. RETURN POLICY

All sales are FINAL and sold AS IS with the following exceptions:

With proof of purchase from Unearthed Arcanum, should the following applies to the Buyer:

a. the purchased item arrives damaged, or
b. the purchased item is not what was ordered

When the above

criteria is demonstrated to the satisfaction of Unearthed Arcanum, the Buyer will be given a refund in the form of store credit equal to the amount shown on the proof of purchase for the item which can be applied to a future purchase at Unearth Arcanum.



3. FEEDBACK

Unearthed Arcanum determines the credibility of its patrons via a feedback system. There are three (3) types of feedback issued after each transaction:

a. Positive - this is given to patrons that successfully adheres to Unearthed Arcanum Store Policies

b. Neutral - this is given to patrons that adheres to Unearthed Arcanum Store Policies with some difficulties

c. Negative - this is given to patrons that unsuccessfully adheres to Unearthed Arcanum Store Policies
