Cocoa West Chocolatier produces handcrafted truffles, gelato and hot chocolate using carefully selected organic ingredients. We serve the retail and wholesale market as well as corporate events and weddings. Our traditional European-style shophouse allows us to continually keep tight quality control and the production consistent, resulting in the highest quality chocolate without compromise. We be

lieve in treating all of our stakeholders ethically and respectfully. Our Maitre Chocolatier has been perfecting her art of chocolate making for 10 years. She has been an instructor with Ecole Chocolat Professional School of Chocolate Arts teaching on-site chocolate Master classes. Her students have come all the way to Bowen Island from Chile, Bermuda, Dubai and Mexico just to name a few. A small gesture for a big cause! 💛 This month, we’re celebrating two very special days: International Cat Day, August 8, and International Dog Day (26), with our adorable organic Chocolate Cat & Dog! 🐾

A portion of the sales from each Chocolate Cat and Chocolate Dog will be donated to Straight Outta Rescue Society, an incredible organization dedicated to rescuing and helping animals in need, including animals affected by the recent wildfires.

Every month brings a new bear... and this one feels especially close to home. 💛 In honour of BowFest's 50th anniversary, our August Bear has transformed into a cheerful Slug Bear! A fun little tribute to the island, its traditions, its community, and one of its most recognizable little creatures. 🐌 Stop by the shop and meet this month's handcrafted organic chocolate bear!

✈️ Cocoa West Goes to Victoria! 🇨🇦 What a beautiful way to wrap up July! Our Fossil Bar made its way to Victoria and found itself surrounded by the incredible blooms at The Butchart Gardens. 🌸
