We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our taco, ice cream and retail businesses.
The role changes with the seasons.
In the quieter months, you’ll often work independently—keeping things clean, organized and stocked, and finding productive ways to use the downtime. Self-motivation and initiative are key.
In the summer, you’ll lead a busy team of mostly young staff, many in their first jobs. You’ll train, guide and work alongside them, building a hardworking, positive and fun team.
What you’ll do:
Schedule, train and mentor staff
Run payroll and place Sysco orders
Manage inventory and retail stock
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
Oversee opening and closing
Handle customer service and solve day-to-day problems
Keep the team productive during slower periods
Support supervisors and step in where needed
Who you are:
You’re organized, self-directed and calm under pressure. You take pride in a clean, well-run workplace, enjoy solving problems and love helping young people build skills and confidence.
Restaurant or retail management experience is an asset, but initiative, leadership and a strong work ethic matter just as much.
