On I support mental health initiatives, looking after yourself first and it’s %100 OK to not be OK. I truly believe we all have or will go through some sort of time in our lives where we will need to focus on our mental health and get the support we need!

Having said that Bell Canada does not support their employees in the same way they promote mental health outwardly. There is a laundry list that I have witness personally of issues within the organization that are the exact opposite of this campaign and frankly adding to mental health issues.

I encourage Bell Canada to support their staff’s mental health better with their campaign.
