Here are some more photos of the 2022 preproduction (at the time) Honda Civic 8 point Rollcage we did for Honda Factory Racing Team These guys where super awesome to work with and they really let me run wild with this cage so of course I had to push the limits of fitment further then ever before and add as many dimple dies as I could. I think it turned out pretty wicked! I wanted to make sure like any other cage I build that the drivers have as much room as possible, this car might seem big but when you slap two big boy seats in, it shrinks really fast. I shot the drivers side āB pillarā support tube straight through the āB pillarā. On the passenger side we had a slighly smaller seat and we could offset it to create more room because we didnāt have to worry about lining up with the factory location steering wheel, so those tubes werenāt fitted as aggressive but still I slap them into the āB pillarā just to make sure there was no possible risk of the passenger coming in contact with any bars! Now the drivers door bar, told me they wanted a nascar bar which is super strong and for some, easier to get in and out of the car. The only down side to this is most nascar bars are very very heavy, so I came up with this hybrid nascar bar and regular X door bar, this door bar was extremely challenging but a hell of a good time to build! Itās super easy to get in and out of the car and will provide loads of protection from any unwanted objects hitting the side of the car on track. We also did proper FIA seat rails for both driver and passenger so we could mount the seats exactly where we want them and to top it all off added air jack mounts!
