It’s so easy to get caught up in taking care of everyone else, but what about YOU? Over the last several months, I’ve made self-care a priority, and it’s been made a huge difference. From a simple 10-minute nighttime routine to hitting the gym and seeing my boys develop their own self-care habits, I’ve learned that when I take care of myself, I’m teaching my kids the value of self-love too.
