Merry Christmas to my mom, 🎄

This year for Christmas I decided to crochet my mom a tree skirt! If you ever have the privilege of coming to my house around Christmas time, you will know how important the decorations are for this holiday!

I didn’t count, but I predict this project took upwards of 50 hours to make from start to finish! That time does account for when I was slightly distracted watching tv, and the fact that I am a slow crocheter! Never underestimate the amount of time someone puts into making something so simple!

LOVING my new ‘for the love of waffles’ test knit by !!!!

This is the first time I have finished a knitted project and I am SOOOO in love with it!! I love how I was able to be creative with my colour choices and I had such a smart and creative community behind me helping me figure how to knit!

Thank you Jaime! This was so much fun and I am looking forward to possibly testing in the future! 💕
