Mulled Wine Slow Cooker Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
● 2 bottles red wine
● 1 cup orange juice
● ½ cup brandy
● ¼ cup granulated sugar
● 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
● 3 clementines, sliced
● 8 cloves
● 2 cinnamon sticks
● 2 star anise

DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine all ingredients into your Crockpot slow cooker.
2. Cover and cook on LOW for 2-3 hours or HIGH for 1-2 hours, or until heated through. Set to warm for serving.
3. Serve warm and enjoy!

Tips:
● Garnish each serving with a clementine slice or cinnamon stick, if desired.
● Substitute orange liqueur for brandy, if preferred.

Meatballs are always a requested side dish at our holiday dinners. With the Crock-Pot® Express Crock Multi-Cooker you can brown, cook and even make the sauce all in one pot! With a faster cooking time you can spend more time with the family

INGREDIENTS:
● 1 pound ground chicken
● 1 egg, lightly beaten
● 3 tablespoons plain dry bread crumbs
● 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
● 2 tablespoons lime juice, divided
● 2 cloves garlic, minced
● 2 canned chipotle peppers plus 1 tablespoon adobo sauce, divided
● 1 teaspoon salt, divided
● 3/4 cup chicken broth, divided
● 2/3 cup honey
● 1/3 cup tomato paste
● 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
● 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided

DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine chicken, eggs, bread crumbs, cilantro, 1 tablespoon lime juice, garlic, 1/2 tablespoon adobo sauce and 1/2 teaspoon salt in large bowl; mix well. Shape chicken mixture into 24 (about 11/2 inches) meatballs. Place meatballs in single layer on large plate or baking sheet. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate 1 hour.
2. Meanwhile, combine 2 chipotle peppers, 1/2 cup broth, honey, tomato paste, mustard, remaining 1 tablespoon lime juice and 1/2 teaspoon salt in blender or food processor; blend until smooth. Reserve 1/4 cup sauce in small bowl.
3. Press BROWN/SAUTÉ on Crockpot™ Express Pressure Cooker. Heat 1 tablespoon oil on HIGH. Add half of meatballs in single layer; cook about 5 minutes or until browned on all sides. Remove to plate; repeat with remaining meatballs and 1 tablespoon oil. Add remaining 1/4 cup broth to empty Cooking Pot; cook and stir 1 minute, scraping up browned bits from bottom of Cooking Pot. Stir in remaining 1/2 tablespoon adobo sauce. Return meatballs to Cooking Pot in crowded single layer; turn to coat. Secure lid. Press MANUAL PRESSURE set temperature to HIGH and time to 8 minutes. Make sure Steam Release Valve is in the "Seal" (closed) position. Press START/STOP.
4. Once cooking is complete, quick release pressure. Remove meatballs to medium bowl. Press BROWN/SAUTÉ. Add reserved 1/4 cup chipotle sauce; cook and stir on HIGH 2 minutes or until sauce is reduced and slightly thickened. Pour sauce over meatballs.

Here’s a perfect holiday dessert that does not require your oven (because we know there are other more important things that it’s being used for). This custard mixes two of this season’s notable flavours together - the creamy and warm pumpkin with a bright and sweet cranberry flavour - and it is prepared using the Crock-Pot® Programmable MyTime™ Slow Cooker. Pumpkin-Cranberry Custard
INGREDIENTS:
● 1 can pumpkin pie filling
● 1 can evaporated milk
● 1 cup dried cranberries
● 4 eggs, beaten
● Gingersnap cookies (optional)

DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, cranberries and eggs in Crockpot™ slow cooker; stir to blend. Cover; cook on HIGH 4 to 4 ½ hours. One of our fav cold weather pastimes is to wrap ourselves up in a warm blanket and turn on our favourite holiday movie with some delicious popcorn. Now we’ve heard of caramel popcorn, but how about cookies and cream popcorn? You get the sweet popcorn with a hint of chocolate in every bite! Use your Crock-Pot® Slow Cooker to help you with making a large batch for the family. Give this recipe a try:

Cookies and Cream Popcorn
INGREDIENTS:
● 450g of white chocolate chips (or white chocolate bar)
● 1 large bag of pre-popped popcorn
● 1 package cookies of your choice

DIRECTIONS:
1. Place cookies in a large plastic baggie and crush to break into pieces.
2. Sprinkle white chocolate chips into a large slow cooker.
3. Cover and heat on LOW for 15 minutes.
4. Stir well with a DRY spoon and continue heating until completely melted.
5. Pour popcorn and cookies in the slow cooker and stir well to completely coat.
6. Once coated, spread popcorn onto a cookie sheet and refrigerate for 15 minutes to cool.
7. Once cooled completely, break into pieces and store in an airtight container.

Easy, no-hassle, one pot dinners are here with your Crock-Pot® Choose-A-Crock Programmable Slow Cooker. With a Choose-A-Crock Programmable Slow Cooker you can choose which size inner stoneware you’d like to use. For example, if you wanted to try Food Dolls’ Tuscan chicken pasta this week but only wanted to make half the recipe? Use the 4Qt insert to make sure that your ingredients aren’t too spread out in your slow cooker.

Slow Cooker Tuscan Chicken Pasta

INGREDIENTS:
● 8-10 boneless, skinless chicken thighs fat trimmed
● 3 tsp salt
● 1 1/2 tsp black pepper
● 2 tsp paprika
● 3 cloves garlic, minced
● 1 yellow onion, diced
● 1 (398ml) canned artichoke hearts, quartered
● 2 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
● 1 (796ml) canned crushed tomatoes
● 1/4 cup broth
● 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes chopped
● 1 (450g) box penne pasta, cooked al-dente
● 60g parmesan cheese, grated
● 1/2 cup heavy cream
● 1/4 cup fresh basil
● 1/4 cup fresh parsley

DIRECTIONS:
1. In the bottom of your Choose-a-Crock's large stoneware arrange your chicken thighs. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Add garlic, onion, artichoke hearts, fresh lemon juice, broth, and diced tomatoes.
3. Cover and cook for on high for 3-4 hours. If you are using Crock-Pot® Programmable MyTime™ Slow Cooker, schedule according to your preferred end time.
4. Once cooked, add pasta, cheese, heavy cream, basil and parsley. Stir well. The chicken is so tender it will start to fall apart while stirring, without having to shred it!

● 60 g de parmesan râpé
● 1/2 tasse de crème épaisse
● 1/4 tasse de basilic frais
● 1/4 tasse de persil frais

PRÉPARATION :
1. Placez vos cuisses de poulet sur le fond du grand grès de votre Choose-a-Crock. Saupoudrez de sel, de poivre et de paprika.
2. Ajoutez l'ail, l'oignon, les cœurs d'artichaut, le jus de citron frais, le bouillon et les tomates en dés.
3. Couvrez et faites cuire à feu vif pendant 3 à 4 heures. Si vous utilisez une mijoteuse programmable MyTime™ de Crock-Pot®, programmez en fonction de l'heure de fin de votre choix.
