Nearly New Shop Brandon Mb Hospital Auxiliary store: generously donated like-new items at great prices to support patient care The Nearly New Shop is located at 601-9th Street.

We have a full-time employee and about 70 volunteers who donate a total of 700 hrs a month. Nearly New means just that. We sell quality donated items that are either brand new or like new. The money that we raise buys equipment for patient care at the Brandon Hospital via the Brandon Regional Health Authority (BRHA) Auxiliary. Since 1982, The Nearly New Shop has contributed to the over 5 million d

ollars in funding provided by the BRHC Auxiliary to Brandon Regional Health Centre for capital equipment purchases. We sell clothing. Every size, every brand name and for every occasion! We have a fantastic selection for the whole family from work clothes, to casual, to something fun for a night out, to formal gowns, wedding dresses and tuxedos. We also sell beautiful accessories, shoes, belts, jewelry and purses. We sell household items. Our housewares section has everything that you could use in a kitchen or dining room including small appliances, pottery and bone china. We sell leisure items. Paintings, prints, sculptures and quilts are always on hand. To keep the whole family entertained, we stock books, craft supplies, puzzles, games, DVDs, CDs, VHS tapes, toys and sporting equipment. We gratefully accept donations of nearly new items at our back alley door (it makes unloading a breeze). There are a few items that we cannot sell, so we do not accept donations of encyclopedias, children's car seats, strollers, old computer equipment and non-digital televisions. In order to reduce overhead and maximize the money going to the hospital, we accept cash only (no debit or credit cards because they charge us fees). There is no sales tax on Nearly New items. We regularly post photos of what we have to sell and what we buy with the money we raise. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you might have.
