Hello 🦩 friends....

Okay, I didn’t drop off the face of the earth… I just am deep in ghosting everyone mode due to ongoing health issues and grief. Who knew that art and creativity was hinged on energy?!🤣

But I’m creeping back in to let you know I have started painting ornaments for this winter. I wasn't sure I "wood" this year, but I have been trying. It might not be extensive, it might be a grab what you want when you see it cause that's the only ones for this year situation.

That said....

I’m toying with something new: mystery ornament bags.

So, important question:

❤️ This season, I’m asking for a little extra kindness.

My friend from school, Julie, is currently fighting stage 4 cancer. She’s a single mom, and chemo has taken her completely out of work; no income coming in at all this month while she battles for her life and tries to hold things together for her son.

So for the rest of the season, I’m donating $1 from every ornament sold directly to Julie to help with groceries, bills, and the daily essentials she shouldn’t have to stress about right now.

The next three Friday's I will be at Glenhyrst Art Gallery of Brant for their Merry little market.

It runs 6 to 9, and this Friday is their grounds lighting ceremony. Be sure to come by, support local artists, support local venues and enjoy the art displays in house as well!
