We are very happy to now be offering Terram worm castings! These worm castings are created with a focus on quality and microbial composition 🥰 We got our first load last week and will be incorporating these castings in our soil and compost mix going forward.

Just mixing a batch of biochar. We like to use fish hydrolysate, worm castings, fish compost, molasses malted barley flour and some EM1. 👌

Just getting our first load of leaf compost at our new location. Looking forward to having some aged piles. With the warmer temperatures this weekend I know I will be thinking about spring! 🫣

If you are in the area and looking for something to do I would like to suggest coming to say hello. We have done these events for fun because it often gives us lots of opportunities to chat with people. It’s also a good opportunity to grab some seeds for spring. 😉 the winter has been feeling rather long and I am looking forward to warmer days and spring! Can’t wait to see how my pumpkin, loofah and sunflowers do this year.

Getting closer! We have been busy moving stock. Just hoping to get everything moved this week! We still have lots of organization that needs to be done but it’s getting there. That would mean if you are coming to grab something you’ll get to visit the new location! I will make a post when we are there for sure (not sure how the last little bit will go). Happy Monday. My favourite day of the year just passed, winter solstice. I like this day because although we have the winter months to deal with the days are getting longer! I am looking forward to this year’s giant pumpkin attempt. I was rather happy with my pumpkin last year. My weight was just about 289lbs! I know it’s not a record but it was in my book of personal best. I grew this one all organic. I was a little sad to learn about all the pesticides and fungicides used to grow giant pumpkins. I made a hugel bed and added a bunch of organic material. I plan on adding even more this coming year. As the days get longer I will be thinking of this years pumpkin!

A little closer each day. Had the gas line connected! Now we are just waiting for the meter and the gas to flow! We are looking forward to improving our processes so we can provide better for our customers! No more delays because I have to move things around! 🫣😉
