Congratulations to Dave Burkhart on his 25-year anniversary with Noble!

Dave is the manager of Noble’s Kitchener Victoria location. His loyalty, dedication, and industry knowledge are unmatched and displayed each and every day.

We asked Dave to reflect on his 25 years at Noble and this is what he shared: “Noble is a great company with so many valuable resources available. Sharing best practices and working closely with colleagues ensures we are always able to find the right answers and do our jobs well.

I am blessed with the fantastic team I have at the Kitchener Victoria location. They spend all day making themselves, and by association, me look good. They are unquestionably the BEST in the business, and I look forward to many more great achievements alongside them. Thanks to this great team.

Daniel Sytsma joined Noble in 2024 and works at our Kingston location in the Commercial Quotations department. He has worked in the Plumbing and HVAC industry for 15 years and is energized by the progress and growth in the industry, and specifically in the Kingston market.

We asked Daniel what he enjoys most about working in the Commercial Quotations department at Noble, and he shared: “I enjoy the teamwork collaboration, challenge of winning projects and building relationships with the customers.”
