How's this for my first post in about 3 years 🤣. About a month ago, my best pottery making buddy asked me to get making so I could partake in the Cassils Christmas craft show happening next weekend, Dec 6th and 7th. I did no such making, but I did happen to get myself 3 little sheep (Sheila, Shirley and Shelley) a few months ago and was borrowed all the tools to process their wool so instead of a table full of pottery, I'll be demo-ing the processing of wool. If you're kicking around next weekend, stop by the Cassils hall for a visit and check out the vendors. I'll be there Saturday from 10 until 2 or 3 with my wool, swing picker, carding wheel and loom showing off my very amateur skills 🤣. Dont worry, some day I'll get making the pottery again 😉. These earthy tumblers (thumblers, as I like to call them due to the nice little grip indent). They're a staple in our house. Our favorite has been sparkling water with fresh squeezed lime through all this heat. So refreshing 🍋. I'll wash one just to use it for my lime water 😂. The cup makes it that much more satisfying. The best part is I make them regularly to use up my leftover Clays, so they're almost always kicking around to grab up.

I'm officially closed for wholesale orders until the fall. Thank you to all the amazing local shops that have carried my creations this year (I'll list them at the bottom of this post for anyone who'd like to enjoy some local, small bus. shopping). I'm looking forward to having a little extra time to work on some new designs, create a little online yoga content and enjoy the warm weather over the next couple of months 😊.

I know right? I'm a fan of the tuxedo Mr & Mrs mugs too. These babes are now available on my wholesale/pre-order page and can be made on my speckled white, dipped white, black, peach or grey mugs. Just make sure you order them up 4-5 weeks pre-wedding 😉.

I remember when life seemed lighter & simpler. Do you guys remember that? Woulda been maybe like roughly 14 months ago 🤔😂. It was definitely easier to be a human this time last year. I wouldn't go back to that version of myself though. I've gained so much depth, awareness and presence. My relationships are more meaningful, I'm more connected to community. I'm less of a consumer, more of a re-user and saver. I've gained a really empowering new way of perceiving and caring for my health. I've started to heal some of my traumas. I find myself stepping away from societal norms and towards purpose and true nature. Peace. The deepest levels of gratitude I've ever felt before. It's been super uncomfortable and sometimes I feel small and fearful and then I realize it's just the discomfort of change. Evolution. Growth. This too shall pass and when it does we'll be greeted by a world filled with more people who have also shed their old limiting ways of being to live bigger, more intentional, conscious, connected, kind lives.
