We love when nature just shows off. 🌱

Our kohlrabi and broccoli microgreen seeds looked stunning at germination little sprouts bursting with energy right from the start. Now they're under the lights and they are thriving. 💚

There's something really rewarding about watching it all unfold. From that first crack of germination to seeing them soak up the light and just take off it never gets old.

From a handful of seeds to a full harvest in just 8-9 days. 🌱➡️🌿

This was our first radish tray at Root n Cap, and honestly? Watching it go from day one to harvest never gets old.

It starts with just seeds laid out carefully, watered, and covered. Then slowly, little by little, life pushes through. By the middle of the week the tray is a sea of tiny sprouts reaching for the light. And then before you know it, you've got a tray full of beautiful, vibrant radish microgreens ready to be cut.

8-9 days. That's all it takes to go from nothing to something real.

This first harvest felt like a milestone. A small one maybe, but ours. And we can't wait to keep growing one tray at a time. 💚

Welcome to Root n Cap! I started growing microgreens out of a love for real, fresh food and a curiosity about just how nutritious these little guys actually are. Spoiler: incredibly.

Now I'm turning that curiosity into something I can share with my community. We grow fresh microgreens right here locally, harvested at peak flavor and nutrition.
