Women supporting women. Moms lifting up other moms. That’s what it’s all about.
When we heard that a treadmill at Halton Women’s Place could benefit not just the resilient families living there, but also the incredible, selfless staff who support them—we knew we had to help.
This Mother’s Day, we were honoured to donate a treadmill that will provide a safe, supportive space for movement, healing, and strength—inside the shelter walls.
Because exercise isn’t just physical—it’s emotional. It’s grounding. It’s a small but mighty way to reclaim space, process change, and build resilience.
To every mom, every woman, and every person walking through trauma toward healing—you are seen, supported, and never alone.
