Good day, Burns Lake!
We are currently experiencing very high print volumes. Things are quite literally hot-off-the-press! The lovely new printer (and our selves) are at peak production. This is, of course, awesome! This is also affecting our normal turnaround times. So...if you are hoping for some printing in the next couple of weeks, we recommend getting in the queue sooner rather than later. We will do our best to fit you in as quickly as possible.
Thank you for being such a great community! This is a wonderful 'problem' to have, and we wouldn't have it without you!

Hadeeh and hello, Burns Lake!

Okay...it is here!! It is easily the largest printer we have ever had (we ended up removing the exterior door to get it in here!), and our fanciest one yet! Lots of menu items that are going to take a minute to get used to. Maybe too many. And the first test prints out are so lovely!

So now....we shall put it straight to work!

And on a less fun note, our phone line is horrible at the moment! Telus attempted to repair the line but was unsuccessful. They are trying again, but not until November 7th. Email is always the best way to get a hold of us, but now it is even more so! If you do prefer or need to call us, we are here, and will do our best to hear you over the noise, or we will call you back from another line. 😀

And that is it for today. Have a wonderful afternoon everyone!

Good day Burns Lake!

We have some exciting news! Well, we are very excited anyway. And this may seem like déjà vu, but it is not...

Back in January we recieved a brand new printer to replace our old faithful, and we were very excited, and shared it with you all. Unfortunately, this printer had some issues, and by late March it left the building for some technical surgery. It was gone for 2 months (it should be noted that the company who sold it to us is awesome, and had a great loaner ready for us to get us through this!). It came back in June but still had a bad attitude, and is now leaving the building...forever!

So...we have upgraded to a very fancy (our fanciest yet!), brand new production press, which is due to arrive in 2 weeks!! We are very excited. Even more excited than when we posted in January! 😉

Thank you Burns Lake for your continued support. We have just passed our 14th year in print and office supplies (17th since LDFC became a business via the Classifieds)! We wouldn't be here without you all. Thank you so much for being such an awesome community!!

We will be closed this coming week due to a death in the family. Promised orders and print jobs will still be delivered, but phones will not be monitored, and a 2 to 3 day delay on our normal turn-around is likely for any office suppy orders placed this coming week.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and appreciate your understanding.

Just a notice that we are closed this week for a summer break (Aug 19 to 22). Emails will be occasionally monitored, and some deliveries will still occur, but print services will experience slight delays.
