Another productive day today.
We have successfully inoculated some more fresh logs with Lion's Mane, Blue Oyster and Golden Oyster mushrooms.
Stay tuned for updates!

Started a little at home experiment...growing Blue Oysters in my spend coffee grinds!
This is also a great way to repurpose waste. When the Oyster mushrooms are done, it can go right into the garden. Feeding the plants.

It's been 3 days and the mycelium is starting to show itself.
I'll keep you posted on progress

Great day today!
Logs have been inoculated with our Shiitake Mushroom. Now we let mother nature do her work. Come spring we will be seeing the first of the fruit,
