Brand colors are more important than you think…your colors allow your customers to feel an emotional connection to you…positive, or sometimes negative.

When you use colors for your brand or your market display you need to really take into consideration the feelings those colors can envoke.

👉🏻Are your colors to bright and loud that they are taking away from your product?
👉🏻Are they to boring and aren’t drawing customers in?
👉🏻Are they not complimenting to your product?
👉🏻Are they colors that just send the wrong signal or don’t represent what it is you are doing?
👉🏻Are they the wrong color for you demographic…E.g Neons and 80’s colors but your demographic are baby boomers.

Have have you ever felt you just can’t get away from your business… You’re either at a Market, making product, posting on social media or talking to a customer… It never ends!

How do you know when it’s time to give yourself time…even when you can’t feasibly do it?! And what are you doing to make sure you find that no existing time?

Before you go diving in to markets and craft shows this year, you need to be aware of what actually makes a good market so you’re not waisting your time on flops!

Over the last couple of years we’ve seen a huge increase in craft markets and makers markets across the globe. This is amazing to see but but let’s be honest, a good market takes skill to put it on, and it even takes more skill to make it successful.

Is your business ready for Valentine’s Day?

What are you doing this year to promote your business during Valentine’s Day?

Any Holiday is a great excuse for shoppers to purchase, so what are you doing to make sure you are providing your potential customers and viewers an excuse to shop?!

Try some of these ideas:

👉🏻Gift boxes - Cross promote with another business

Sales - Launch a sale to make your customers feel special

- [ ] Gift guides - Put together a gift guide directing them to products that you sell and maybe products that other businesses sell for that holiday

Shop on behalf of the significant other - Take the stress off by shopping for the spouse or partner.

Couples themed products - Why not go over the top and offer matching shirts, couples boxes or cute items the couple can share to make their day even more special.

Giveaways - Put on a special promotion and give away some valentines themed products to grow your page and customer base.

We stumbled upon a vendor market booth that checked all the boxes for us ✅

👉🏻Ideal Layout - pushed back allowing customer to enter and stay in booth to shop
👉🏻Great color palette complementing the product and packaging
👉🏻Signage front and centre
👉🏻Display jars holding product match color palette and easily hold product
👉🏻Clean and clear signage showing price and product name

Great job 👏
