Ever wonder what the numbers on book barcodes mean? They hold a plethora of information, and each of the five segments indicate just one part of it. If you're ever unsure of a course text being correct, look no farther than the ISBN! If it matches, then it's the correct text!
"Western Civilization - 11th Edition" is used for HIST 200A and HIST 200B and does have multiple ISBN-13's, so just ask if you're unsure.

The Canadian National Day for Truth and Reconciliation occurs on September 30th. We wear orange shirts to honour the residential school survivors, and the children who never made it home. Because Every Child Matters.
Designed by B.Ed. student J. Filipovic and produced by the indigenous-owned company Snake Stitch, the 2026 orange shirts were made with the deserving care and reverence every step of the way. $5 from every sale of the 2026 orange shirts will be donated back to our indigenous communities; kindly arranged by [email protected].

SURPRISE!!🤪 For one day only, in-store only, on August 31st: try your luck and get a discount on branded merchandise! Just follow these simple steps:
- Come to the Campus Store between 9am and 3pm on August 31st
- Make your way to the cash register and ask to roll for the sale
- Roll the d6 (six-sided die) provided by the manager
- multiply the number you rolled by 10 and BAM - that's your discount!
- The manager will write your discount on a sticky note and give it to you
- Shop the branded merchandise in-store
- Give the sticky note back at the cash register, the percentage will be applied, and then you pay your remaining total!
Easy, right? Everyone who rolls is guaranteed at LEAST 10% off! Can't wait to see you!

Alright y'all - crash course on shelf tags!
1. They are arranged alphanumerically by course code, starting with "A" by the register, then to the North wall, finishing up with "S" on the south wall's bookshelves.
2. Every course has a shelf tag. Even ones without textbooks. The shelf tag will say "No Textbooks Required"
3. Make sure the text you've picked up matches what's on the shelf tag - things get pushed around when many people are browsing the shelves
4. Sometimes classes get split between shelves. Look for the rest of the shelf tags on the shelf above/below
5. If the shelf tag only has an "eBook" price, that means that the text is digital-only
6. The Campus Store doesn't set the prices - the publishers do.

You all certainly have enthusiasm - so we didn't want to get you too excited by posting these too early. The Fall 2026 round of textbook buybacks begins TOMORROW, August 18! The buyback period will run only until the 11th of September, so make sure you're timing things out!

Take a look at the lists here for which books we're buying off you and for how much! Some texts we can only take a few, so come by before the first day of classes to increase your chances!
