Before any more of the books get sold I thought I’d share a video of the western collection we got back from CGC.

Thanks again to Comic Books 911 for the incredible work he did on these.

Sorry for the glare. I’ll get better at this one day.

Earlier this year we picked up a collection of high grade western comics. We sold the majority of the collection at shows and in the booth/shop but saved 50 of them to get graded.

We sent them over to Tim at Comic Books 911 to make sure they were in the best shape possible and they're starting to come back from CGC.

10 of the 19 we got back are the highest graded copies of the CGC census. Another 4 are the second highest.

Here's 6 of 19 that have arrived home and the results speak for themselves. Not bad for 60-65 year old comic books.

We'll be sharing the rest from this batch later and the others as they come back from CGC.

We have a some disappointing news for the less than a handful of people who have come by the shop between 4pm and 5pm on Sundays over the last 4 months.

We have made the drastic decision to close an hour early on Sundays going forward.

While that hour of alone time has given Milo and I time to bond as father and son. playing the music loud and watching rated R movies without fear of scaring children or annoying patrons, we feel that hour could be better spent with the rest of the family at home.

We hope you understand this decision and we appreciate everyone who has come by the shop, picked up some comics and taken the time to chat. We'll see you on Wednesday.
