ICON Stone & Tile On September 3, 2019, Icon Stone & Tile Inc. B-3, as amended (the “BIA”) whereby Grant Thornton Limited (“GTL”) and not in its personal or corporate capacity

(the “Company”), filed an assignment in bankruptcy pursuant to section 49 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. was appointed as the trustee in bankruptcy (in such capacities, the “Trustee”) over the estate of the Company and these bankruptcy proceedings (the “Bankruptcy Proceedings”). A copy of the Certificate of Appointment issued by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy
