See store closing thread below; This from Brandon from the Sentry Box:
So for those in the know - Sentry Box has sorted out an arrangement with Chris Webber. If you did not know you do now. Chris and I have tried very hard to help those out who were left in the position of still having store credit.
I have a small list of customers, but due to circumstances I have no way to track what was owed. I'm going to do the best I can to help those out who have outstanding credit with Trilogy.
On that note I will NOT be giving out the same value owed with no record or proof of credit. Chris worked with me on this and I am here to soften the blow. We have always been about community.
In that spirit, if you posted hard words or intentions I would appreciate that you atone for them by apologizing to Chris. One of Chris' dreams was a great game store for the people, and for a while he lived that dream. Even at the end in talks with Chris he worried about you all. He wanted to make sure you were all taken care of. I offered to help him with that.
If you come in to get credit from me at the card desk you must see me personally (and if you said hard words I will not credit you until you apologize for them). I am here Tues. to Sat.
I apologize it took a little time to sort this out, though Chris and I tried to resolve this as quickly as we were able. I appreciate those who were patient and now get some semblance of a reward.
