We are sad to hear that Wazzi (pictured left), a well-known local mechanic at YYC Auto Service on International Avenue, has passed away unexpectedly. He was a kind, friendly person whose mechanic knowledge gained him great trust and respect with his customers. Wazzi leaves behind a wife and 2 yr old to whom our hearts go out.

Took a trip to India yesterday without leaving YYC!
We went to Brar Fine Indian Cuisine for their lunch buffet! It runs Monday to Friday from 11am-3pm and if you don't have time to dine in, you can take it to go!

Every day is something a little different and today we had a nice selection including Bombay Aloo, Honey Potatoes, Fish and Veg Pakora, Gulab Jauma, Matar Paneer, Butter Chicken, Chole, Chicken Curry, Rice, Salads and a huge basket of Naan! Always accommodating, they even made our gluten free guest his own cornbread!

We are pleased to introduce you to our new hippo on the Avenue. Donated by Pawnshop Superstore and wrapped by Artech Printing & Signs. You will see our International Green Team cleaning the streets and taking care of flowers. As this is a maintenance vehicle you will see her out on the sidewalks to be able to access our site amenities. So wave at Danica and our Hippo mobile.
