Jim-Bows Archery Calgary is hiring a new member to join our growing Calgary team. Serving the needs of our customers is our top priority to value-added services and personalized assistance from friendly, knowledgeable sales associates – all of whom are enthusiasts in archery.
Duties:
· Fulfill the company defined customer experience, by being a friendly, available, customer focused, excited team member
· Organizing and displaying merchandise to company standards
· In depth knowledge of equipment and information related to archery
· Work with and handle archery equipment, setting up new bows, making minor adjustments to bows, adding accessories to bows, making repairs to customer owed equipment, cutting arrows and setting broadheads, etc
· Ability to help customers select appropriate bows and accessories
Skills:
· Candidates must be flexible in working a rotating schedule including days, evenings and Saturdays.
Experience:
· 2 - 4 years of retail sales or outdoor sporting related experience preferred
· Results-oriented with excellent communication skills.
· Team work and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to take direction.
