Ottawa, you’re up!

Meet The Artery Community Roasters, our Ottawa host for the 2026 Canadian AeroPress Championship Regionals.

This year, the competition is taking over the open-air stage at Parkdale Market on September 12, from 10:00AM to 3:00PM, as part of the Coffee Right YOW festival: a free and accessible event bringing together coffee lovers and roasters from across Canada.

The Artery team sees a lot of potential in Ottawa’s growing coffee scene, with the passion and people already here to make it something special. We asked them about Ottawa’s coffee community, their three-word vibe check, and what we can expect from the atmosphere on event day.

We’re heading to the mountains for our next regional host introduction!

Meet Spilt Milk, our Revelstoke host for the 2026 Canadian AeroPress Championship Regionals.

This will be their third year hosting a regional, and this one is extra special. Competition day will be the first time they open the doors to their brand-new roastery downtown, and we’re pretty excited to see the space come to life with a room full of AeroPress fans.

A little reminder: we’re tasting Tanat Coffee tomorrow!

Join us September 5 at 11 AM for a free guided tasting of three coffees from one of the newest roasters to join our lineup.

We'll learn a bit more about Tanat, taste all three coffees together, and compare them using score sheets to identify the range of notes in each cup.

We’ll also have the Fellow Aiden and Ode out for you to explore, along with Apax Labs minerals to see how water can change your coffee.

No tasting experience needed. Come curious, bring a friend, and talk coffee with us!

Next stop: Moncton!

This year’s Moncton Regional is once again in the masterful hands of Epoch Chemistry, a team that puts hospitality and curiosity at the centre of what they do.

Their local coffee community is eager to learn, and that means a conversation about brewing better coffee at home can quickly turn into deep dives on producers, processing, and roasting. That curiosity is something the Epoch team loves to encourage.

For the Regional, they’re keeping things positive, approachable, and exciting, with plenty of good coffee and an invitation to come out, try something different, and have fun.

Ask Rowan about the noise and you mostly get a shrug. He barely notices the thing running, which, coming from someone who has stood next to some genuinely punishing machines, tells you plenty.

For the performance he is pulling out of it, that quiet is almost surprising. It has not changed the feel of the floor or the flow of service one bit.
