Projectors have traditionally been associated with darkened rooms, closed curtains, and dimmed lights. That isn’t always possible in corporate meeting rooms as modern designs and architectural trends lean towards large, bright, open spaces.

A bright boardroom doesn't automatically rule out projection. With the right combination of projector brightness, screen material, image size, and viewing conditions, a projection system can be a great AV solution for commercial environments.

The best AV system isn't necessarily the one with the most controls. It's the one that gives the right people the right controls.

At the First Unitarian Church of Victoria, the sanctuary is used for worship services, performances, community events, and rentals. The AV system needed to provide enough control for complex live events with multiple audio and video sources and be simple enough for outside users at the same time.

That's why we designed the system with two operating modes. Operator mode gives trained users full access to the production system, while renter mode uses simplified controls through a touch panel to operate the microphones, cameras, and video.

By making the AV system easy for guests to use, the church now has a professionally equipped event space that can be used by the church, the community, and outside groups.
