The heat wave continues. 36C today. So I packed up a picnic and we headed to the river fir the evening. My dog was happy until my husband dunked him in the river. He HATES water. Such a weirdo… but we love him anyway ❤️

Are you inspired by words or images?

While I love beautiful images, words are what speak to my heart the most.

Reading keeps your mind sharp. Words open your mind to other ideas, other worlds, other cultures.

You know, I was educated in French. I decided to study in an English University. I mostly learned my grammar from reading. Lots of reading. Same goes for Spanish. I love words. I love them so much I like to read the dictionary sometimes 😂.

In a time where we are social media obsessed, we need to balance what we take in.

The best part of owning a landscaping company is when I get to be creative. Even with business cards. Obsessed with how our new cards look!

We are gearing up for a new season and excited to get going.

It’s so easy making a scrunchie. You don’t even need a sewing machine. 15 minutes and you are done!
All you need it a 4” by 22” piece of fabric, a piece of elastic, some thread, a needle, and a safety pin to turn it around.

Easy Peasy! C’est facile!

This week was pretty intense. Gearing up for another season fir our landscaping company..... way too many hours sitting at my desk. My body feels it. So this afternoon I am blocking off some ME time to get a bit of sewing done.
