Steelhead season is coming up and we want to help you tune up your spey cast. Thankfully, we've got our friend Tim Arsenault back in Calgary on August 29th and 30th for private on the water spey casting lessons.

Tim is a world renowned spey casting instructor, Spey-O-Rama champion, and line builder and we are confident he can get you ready to chase steelhead this fall.

Join us tomorrow at Graves’ Bridge for a full day of free Spey casting seminars with world champions Kara Knight (.and.kalik), Tim Arsenault (.2), and steelhead guru Dec Hogan (). AND you’ll be able to test demo gear from our top brands: .2 and !

While the river is blown out this is the perfect time to learn how to Spey cast from some of the absolute best in the industry. Testing Spey gear needs to be done in the water, and this is your opportunity to do so with everything we offer. Friendly suggestion to bring waders, boots, and your gear if you’d like to try it out with any of the demo lines.

We’ll also have a Spey Clave After Party at the fly shop at 6:30pm. Tim will be doing a presentation on Spey Lines & Tips Explained at the shop and we’ll have a short film screening of ‘This is Ours’.
